SHIPPING & RETURNS
We fully stand by all the products we design. It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase.
We are happy to accept full priced goods for a full refund or store credit where they are in original and saleable condition, have not been washed or used in any way and still have original tags attached.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt in Australia. For International purchases please contact us within 14 days of receipt and then return the goods.
Items not received, or without notification for international returns within this period will not be accepted.
Unfortunately we cannot provide refunds or exchanges on sale on discounted items (including those purchased during VIP and flash sales).
Return shipping is payable by you, except for the return of faulty or damaged items in which case the return postage will be credited to the credit card of first transaction. We recommend returning goods via a trackable method to ensure safe delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for missing goods without proof of delivery to us.
The original shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds will be processed less return shipping and duties as soon as possible. Banking clearance times vary, so please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
We reserve the right to deny refunds if the merchandise does not meet the above conditions once assessed.
